Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Co. announces its Interim Financial results for the Period Ending on 2026-06-30 ( Six Months )

Dar Alarkan reported a net profit of SAR 498.97 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, marking an 11.39% increase over the SAR 447.96 million recorded in the same period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) consequently rose from SAR 0.41 to SAR 0.46.
Revenue for the first half of the year surged 31.34% to SAR 2.34 billion, driven primarily by strong performance in property sales, which also boosted operational profit by 39.34% to SAR 962.9 million.
Quarterly net profit for Q2 2026 remained relatively flat year-on-year at SAR 238.74 million (+0.05%) and declined 8.26% sequentially from Q1 2026; management attributed this quarterly pressure to rising finance costs despite the growth in top-line sales revenue.
The impact of higher borrowing costs was partially mitigated by a reduction in operating expenses and an increase in non-operating income derived from Islamic Murabaha deposits, while total shareholders' equity grew 5.49% to reach SAR 22.71 billion.
