Dubai Taxi Company PJSC (DTC) completed the 100% acquisition of National Taxi LLC for a final consideration of AED 1,449,049,648.
The acquisition adds approximately 2,500+ licensed taxi plates to DTC’s fleet across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, marking the company's entry into the Abu Dhabi market.
The transaction was funded 100% through new bank debt facilities and is expected to be earnings and dividend accretive starting from the first full year of ownership in 2027.
All regulatory approvals from Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) have been received, with the financial impact set to appear in H2 2026 results.
