We would like to inform our esteemed shareholders that the electronic voting on the items of the General Assembly agenda has been made available through Tadawulaty services, starting from 1:00 AM on Thursday, 10 Muharram 1448H (corresponding to 25 June 2026), and will continue until the end of the Assembly’s meeting. Please note that registration for Tadawulaty services and voting through them are free and available to all shareholders.
