This agreement is a qualitative step towards building a system to support localization and human development initiatives, which will contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through cooperation with academic institutions.

Memorandum Subject	1- Cooperation and provision of all capabilities to both parties within their respective fields of expertise to achieve the objectives of the Memorandum and its annexes, in accordance with the rules, regulations, and instructions of each party. 2- The two parties will cooperate in common areas of service, administration, education, studies, training, and community service, and will provide support, assistance, and technical and professional advice to each other, according to available capabilities and as approved by the rules and regulations of each party. 3- Each party, in accordance with its applicable rules, regulations, and instructions, will refer to the other party in all news and coverage of events implemented pursuant to this Memorandum, when published in the media and on social media, after obtaining the necessary approval from both parties.
