Construction — Comprehensive civil and structural works, delivered across four integrated stages: – Site preparation – Foundation works – Superstructure – Finishing 4. Technical aspects (MEP) Supply, installation, and integration of all MEP systems to the highest international standards. 5. Testing & Commissioning — Systematic testing, commissioning, and handover of a safe, reliable, and fully functional facility.
