Introduction	With reference to the announcement made by Saudi Awwal Bank (the "Bank") published on the website of the Saudi Exchange on 04/03/1447H (corresponding to 27/08/2025G), relating to the commencement of the Bank’s offer of its U.S. Dollar ("USD") denominated Tier 2 Capital Green Notes (the "Notes”) by way of an offer to eligible investors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally pursuant to its Medium Term Note Programme, the Bank is pleased to announce the completion of the offer of the Notes. The settlement of the Notes issuance will be on 12/03/1447H (corresponding to 04/09/2025G).
