Introduction	With reference to the Company’s announcement published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on 12 Shawwal 1447H, corresponding to 31 March 2026G, regarding the inability to publish the annual financial results for the period ended 31/12/2025 within the specified timeframe, the Company would like to provide an update on the related developments. The Company would like to clarify that work is still ongoing to complete the preparation and audit of the annual financial statements, as certain audit and verification procedures require additional time to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements. This is in light of certain technical matters related to assessing the adequacy and appropriateness of audit evidence for some items, which remain under professional discussion with the external auditor, and are being addressed in accordance with the relevant regulatory and professional requirements. The Company further clarifies that, due to the lapse of the regulatory deadline for publishing the financial statements, and in accordance with sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph (C) of Article 36 of the Listing Rules, trading in the Company’s shares will be suspended starting from 30 April 2026G until the financial statements are published.
