United Wire Factories Co. reported a surge in net profit to SAR 15.3 million for Q2 2026, representing a 705.3% increase from the SAR 1.9 million recorded in the same quarter last year, while half-year net profit rose by 1,050% to SAR 14.26 million.
Quarterly revenue reached SAR 185.4 million, a 2.2% increase year-over-year and a 6% increase sequentially, driven primarily by higher sales volumes during the period.
The sharp growth in profitability is attributed to significant improvements in profit margins and sales volumes, leading to an operational profit of SAR 11.7 million in Q2 2026 compared to just SAR 1.5 million in the prior-year quarter.
Earnings per share jumped to SAR 0.51 for the first half of 2026, up from SAR 0.04 in the same period of 2025, supported by a stable total shareholders' equity of SAR 369.9 million.
