Arabian Pipes Co. announces its Interim Financial results for the Period Ending on 2026-06-30 ( Six Months )

Arabian Pipes reported a 60.98% year-on-year decrease in net profit to SAR 29.11 million for the first six months of 2026, down from SAR 74.60 million in the prior-year period, as geopolitical instability and supply chain disruptions impacted performance.
Total revenue for H1 2026 fell by 29.59% to SAR 354.41 million, driven by lower sales volumes and rising shipping costs that pressured gross profit margins, which dropped from 25.02% to 17.38% year-on-year.
Despite lower earnings, the company strengthened its financial position by reducing short-term borrowings by 77% to SAR 42 million and cutting financing expenses by 73% through early loan repayments and optimized cash flow management.
Shareholders' equity grew 6.57% to SAR 483.23 million, supporting a SAR 34 million dividend distribution for 2025 and a proposed capital increase to SAR 252 million via the capitalization of SAR 52 million from retained earnings.
