Post share buyback announcement

Talabat purchased 100,000 of its own shares on July 9, 2026, at a fixed price of 1.200 AED per share.
The transaction brings the total number of shares bought under the current buyback program to 107,750,000 shares, representing 0.4629% of the issued capital.
The average price paid for all shares purchased to date under the program is 1.182 AED per share.
Approximately 1,056,662,031 shares remain available for purchase under the program, which is authorized to run until April 12, 2028, for up to 5% of total shares.
