Al Rashid Industrial Company completed the sale of 35 fractional shares resulting from its capital increase, with proceeds deposited into eligible shareholders' accounts on July 5, 2026.
The fractional shares were sold at an average price of 31.08 per share, generating a total return amount of 1,087.8.
Distribution was managed through Al Rajhi Bank into bank accounts linked to investment portfolios based on information provided by the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
