Change on the Development	Further to Naseej for Technology Company’s announcement regarding the receipt of a purchase order from Al Moammar Information Systems Company, the Company would like to clarify that the value of the purchase order is reduced to SAR 18,459,273.30 including VAT according to both parties’ agreement. The commencement date of the works subject to the purchase order shall be the date of receipt of the amended purchase order, being 29/12/2025G. The Company would also like to note that no contract will be executed between the two parties, and that the purchase order, together with its terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions set forth in Naseej for Technology’s technical proposal and financial proposal, shall constitute the basis for executing the works related to the project. The execution of the works shall commence as of the date of receipt of the amended purchase order.
Financial Impact on the change	A decrease in the value of the purchase order from SAR 60,797,613.50 to SAR 18,459,273.30 including VAT.
