Alwasail Industrial Co. Announces the Signing of a SAR 12.82 Million Contract with Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. for the Supply of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipes for the Infrastructure Project at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC)

Alwasail Industrial Company signed a contract valued at SAR 12,821,160 (excluding VAT) with Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. on July 12, 2026.
The agreement involves the supply of various high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes for infrastructure development in Phases 2.2 and 2.3 of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
The contract has an execution duration of two to ten weeks from the signing date.
Financial impact is expected to be reflected in the company’s revenues and results starting from the third quarter of 2026.
