Emaar Development reported a net profit of AED 3.51 billion for the three-month period ended March 31, 2026, marking a 49% increase compared to the AED 2.35 billion achieved in the first quarter of 2025.
Total revenue for the quarter rose by approximately 36% year-on-year to AED 6.86 billion, up from AED 5.02 billion, reflecting continued growth in its property development and management service activities.
Financial performance was significantly bolstered by a sharp rise in the share of results from joint ventures, which jumped to AED 426.5 million from AED 69.9 million in the prior-year period, alongside a 34% increase in finance income to AED 409.3 million.
The company declared a dividend of AED 4.0 billion during the period and reported a strong liquidity position with cash and cash equivalents totaling AED 44.79 billion as of March 31, 2026.
