Introduction	With reference to the announcement made by Leaf Global Environmental Services Company regarding the signing of a contract with The Red Sea Development Company on 23/10/1446H (corresponding to 21 April 2025) for the award of a project to plant two million (2,000,000) mangrove trees in the Red Sea area indicating that its value exceeds 45% of last year’s revenues. Leaf Global Environmental Services Company would like to announce the implementation of a Variation Order resulting in a reduction of the announced contract value by more than 40%. The original contract provided for the planting of two million (2,000,000) mangrove trees; however, the scope has been reduced to PLant one million (1,000,000) mangrove trees only.

Latest Developments Of The Announced Event	The Red Sea Development Company has reduced the value of the announced contract by more than 40%. The contract was to plant two million mangroves, and it has been reduced to one million mangroves.
The costs associated with the event, and if they have changed or not with indication of the reasons.	No change in cost, as certain line items in the contract were reduced. These reduced items were scheduled to be executed in 2026, and no costs were incurred for them.
