The reason of the increase (decrease) in special commission income during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	The special commission income increased by 7.2% due to an increase in special commission income from loans and advances, and investments.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	Net income increased by 5.1% mainly due to an increase in total operating income and decrease in total operating expenses. Total operating income increase was due to an increase in trading income, net special commission income, and a decrease in loss on non-trading investments, net, partially offset by decrease in fee & commission income, net, other operating income, dividend income, and exchange income, net. Total operating expenses decrease was due to decrease in impairment charge for credit losses and other financial assets, net, rent and premises-related expenses, other operating expenses, other general and administrative expenses partially offset by increase in impairment charge for investments, net, depreciation of property, equipment and right of use assets, salaries and employee-related expenses.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the total net provision (reversing entry) of expected credit losses and other losses during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is	Net provision of expected credit losses and other losses decreased by 23.9% mainly due to lower impairment charge for credit losses and other financial assets, net, partially offset by an increase in impairment charge for investments, net.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in special commission income during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is	The special commission income decreased by 4.4% due to a decrease in special commission income from loans and advances, and due from banks.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is	Net income decreased by 1.0% mainly due to a decrease in total operating income, partially offset by decrease in total operating expenses. Total operating income decrease was due to a decrease in fee & commission income, net, net special commission income, dividend income and increase in loss on non-trading investments, net, partially offset by increase in trading income, exchange income, net, and other operating income.
