The company would like to attach to its esteemed shareholders one of the documents supporting the terms of the association, which is the articles of association before and after the amendment, among the documents supporting the terms of the assembly, supporting the voting clause on the Board of Directors’ recommendation regarding increasing the company’s capital by granting free shares to the company’s shareholders.
