Raydan Food Co. Announces Appointment Audit Committee Member

He serves as a Board Member of Raydan Food Company, in addition to being a member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Executive Committee.

Currently, he serves as a Regional Projects Program Manager at Water Transmission Company, where he leads strategic programs and projects at the regional level. His responsibilities include improving operational efficiency, developing risk management frameworks, enhancing operational performance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational objectives in accordance with the highest quality standards. Previously, he held the positions of Regional Projects Manager and Project Manager within the same company, where he successfully led infrastructure projects, managed budgets and schedules, mitigated risks, and accelerated the resolution of operational challenges.

He is also an entrepreneur in the food and beverage sector. He founded Khubara Al Tahmees Industry Company, specializing in coffee trading and roasting, café management, and related supply chain operations. He oversees the company’s operational activities, business expansion, and financial performance. In addition, he founded Horeca Services Trading Company, which specializes in after-sales services for the hospitality sector.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University.

He has earned a range of advanced professional certifications reflecting his expertise in corporate governance, risk management and compliance, financial and investment systems, as well as leadership and management development. These certifications include:

* Certified ISO 37000 Corporate Governance Manager from PECB, specializing in corporate governance in accordance with ISO 37000 international standards.
