Additional Information	This agreement represents an extension of the Company’s expansion strategy in the catering and hospitality sector, aimed at strengthening its market share in this key business segment, maintaining diversification within its business portfolio, and aligning with the expectations of the local market. The Company would also like to clarify that the name of the government entity has not been disclosed pursuant to the agreement (non-disclosure), and that the required regulatory approvals in this regard have been obtained. Furthermore, the Company confirms that it did not announce the award at the time, as it had then commenced the process of obtaining the necessary approvals for non-disclosure of the government entity’s name, and the draft agreement was received prior to obtaining the exemption approval. It should be noted that the award letter was received on 18 December 2025.
