Introduction	CATRION Catering Holding Company (“CATRION”) announces the signing of a service agreement (“Agreement”), with Saudia Air Transport Company. (“SAUDIA”), pursuant to which CATRION will provide services to pilgrims relating to SAUDIA’s Hajj campaign within the Holy Sites during the Hajj season for the year 1447H. This Agreement comes as part of the Company’s efforts to support its sustainability and expansion plans and principles, and to expand its activities related to the Hajj and Umrah sector.

Contract Details	Pursuant to the Agreement, CATRION will provide services to pilgrims relating to SAUDIA’s Hajj campaign within the Holy Sites during the Hajj season for the year 1447H. The services include catering and hospitality services, site preparation and infrastructure setup, provision of manpower and qualified human resources, in addition to other supporting services. The provision of services shall commence as of 01/11/1447H and shall continue until the end of the Hajj season for the year 1447H. The value of the Agreement amounts to SAR 23,100,000 (twenty-three million one hundred thousand Saudi Riyals).
Contract Duration	The Agreement shall commence as of 01/11/1447H and shall continue until the end of the Hajj season for the year 1447H
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	CATRION expects this Agreement to have a positive contribution in its accounts by the second quarter of 2026.
