On 11 Dhu al-Qi ‘Dah 1447 AH, the appeal session was attended, and the Second Appellate Circuit of the Commercial Court in Jeddah ruled to accept the objection in form and on the merits: by cancelling the first instance judgment issued by the Second Circuit of the Commercial Court in Jeddah and returning the case to the first instance Chamber for adjudication. |
