Talabat repurchased 8,000,000 shares on July 3, 2026, at an average price of 1.264 AED per share.
Total shares purchased under the current buyback program have reached 102,850,000, representing 0.4419% of the company's issued capital.
The program, which allows for the purchase of up to 5% of shares, has approximately 1,061,562,031 shares remaining for purchase through April 12, 2028.
The cumulative average price paid for all shares bought under the program to date is 1.179 AED per share.
