Modern Mills for Food Products Co. announces the board of director’s decision to distribute cash dividends for First Half of 2025

Knowing that Eligibility shall be at the end of the trading day 2025-08-03 Corresponding to 1447-02-09 for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that the cash dividend distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of article 68 of the income tax law and article 63 of its implementing.

Therefore, the company urges non-resident investors who have tax exemptions on dividends issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, to communicate with the Investor Relations Department to provide documents supporting tax exemption.
