• the announcement made by Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. (the “Company”) published on the website of the Saudi Exchange Market (Tadawul) on 18-10-1446 (corresponding to 16-04-2025), regarding the Offering Period for the Series One of the Sukuk Issuance Programme.

• the announcement made by the Company published on the website of the Saudi Exchange Market (Tadawul) on 17-11-1446 (corresponding to 15-05-2025), regarding the completion of the Offering of Series One of the Sukuk Issuance Programme.

The company announces the date of the First semi-annual distribution of sukuk returns for the period ending on 20-11-2025 as follows:

• Total amounts distributed: SAR 2,555,550

• Number of Sukuk due for distribution: 50,000 Sak

• The return value of one instrument: SAR 51.11

• Number of days until the voucher: 184 days

• Eligibility date: The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 29-05-1447H Corresponding to 20-11-2025G for the Sukukholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

• Distribution date: Within a maximum period of 5 days
