| Additional Information | Mobily’s CAPEX for Q1 2026 amounted to SAR 404 million, compared to SAR 2,130 million in the previous quarter. By the end of Q1 2026 the total of 2,500,000 treasury shares had been set aside for the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (Employee Share Program), which are not entitled to any cash dividends. Accordingly, the basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) was calculated using a weighted average of 767,500 thousand shares.
