Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) successfully completed the 100% acquisition of National Taxi LLC for a final consideration of AED 1.45 billion.
The transaction establishes DTC as the UAE’s largest taxi operator with a combined fleet exceeding 9,500 vehicles and a market share of approximately 59% in Dubai and 12% in Abu Dhabi.
The acquisition is expected to be earnings accretive from the first full year of ownership and received all necessary regulatory approvals from Dubai's RTA and Abu Dhabi's ITC.
National Taxi reported revenue of AED 774 million and EBITDA of AED 183 million for the year ended July 2025, operating a fleet of over 2,700 vehicles.
