Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC (GULFNAV) has officially rebranded as Etihad Energy Holding PJSC following the successful acquisition of Brooge Petroleum and Gas Investment Company (BPGIC).
The company’s ticker symbol on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) changes from GULFNAV to ETIHADENERGY, effective from the first trading session following the market close on June 19, 2026.
The rebranding follows approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on June 4, 2026, and creates an integrated platform for energy, storage, logistics, and maritime transportation.
Management confirmed that the name change and new ticker do not affect the entity's legal structure, shareholder rights, or ongoing operations.
