Agility Public Warehousing Company (Makhazen) reported a net loss of KD 294.2 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, primarily due to the accounting impact of the in-kind distribution and deconsolidation of Agility Global PLC.
The Board of Directors recommended a cash dividend of 2% (2 fils per share) for the 2025 financial year.
Net profit from continuing operations increased to KD 49.3 million from KD 43.6 million in 2024, despite KD 214 million in non-recurring impairment charges related to Korek and specific investment properties.
Auditors issued a qualified opinion citing legal uncertainties regarding the valuation of KD 214 million in investment properties and the recoverability of a KD 64.5 million legal claim from the General Administration of Customs.
