Air Arabia reported a record pre-tax net profit of AED 1.8 billion for the full year 2025, representing a 14% increase compared to AED 1.6 billion in 2024.
The Board of Directors proposed a cash dividend distribution of 30 fils per share (30% of share capital), subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Full-year revenue rose 15% to AED 7.78 billion, supported by a 16% increase in passenger numbers to 21.8 million and the addition of 30 new routes.
The total operating fleet expanded to 90 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft as of year-end 2025, achieving an average seat load factor of 85%.
