Agility Global PLC reported FY 2025 revenue of $5.1 billion (up 12.5% YoY), EBITDA of $901 million (up 28% YoY), and a net profit of $240 million ($0.0245 per share).
Performance was primarily driven by Menzies Aviation, which grew revenue 16.1% to $3 billion following the $305 million acquisition of G2 Secure Staff, and Agility Logistics Parks (ALP), which delivered 226,000 m² of new capacity in Saudi Arabia.
The Board recommended total dividends of $150 million ($0.015 per share) to be distributed in 2026, representing a 22% increase year-on-year.
As of December 31, 2025, total assets reached $13.4 billion, including an 8.
