Al Salam Bank has launched the 20th edition of its Annual Summer Internship Program, welcoming 50 university students from local and international academic institutions.
The program runs from July 1 until August 31, 2026, providing hands-on workplace experience within Bahrain’s banking and financial services sector.
Participants will undergo a dedicated induction week followed by on-the-job training across various departments to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience.
