Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) opened a new Customer Happiness Centre at its headquarters in Al Jadaf, Dubai, on April 13, 2026.
The new center is designed to support more than 156,000 customers and handle a volume of nearly one million annual transactions.
The facility provides in-person support for complex procedures that are difficult to process through digital platforms or smart applications.
