Taaleem Holdings reported a net profit of AED 177.6 million for the six-month period ended February 28, 2026, representing a year-over-year increase of 2.9% from AED 172.6 million.
Revenue for the same period grew by 18.1% to AED 766.3 million, driven primarily by a rise in net tuition fees to AED 719.2 million and the consolidation of new school operations.
The company approved and paid a dividend of AED 0.15 per share, totaling AED 150 million, during the period.
Capital commitments as of February 28, 2026, stood at AED 365.6 million, focused on the ongoing construction of Harrow International Schools in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
