The Passavant water platform saw an 83% turnover increase and secured approximately AED 410 million in new awards, while the group's total equity grew 29% to AED 195.4 million due to retained earnings and capital normalization.
Management is diversifying the business through the new DSI Real Estate Development unit, with the flagship Majan project in Dubai moving toward an official market launch targeted for the first half of 2026.
