AGTHIA Group Announcement of Board Meeting to be held on 24/04/2026 at 15:00

Agthia Group PJSC has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Friday, April 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM via electronic means.
The meeting will be the first session for the newly appointed Board following the company's Annual General Meeting.
The agenda includes the election of the Board's Chairman and Vice Chairman.
