Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) reported a 21% increase in total revenue to AED 3.486 billion for the full year 2025, with a net profit of AED 1.146 billion.
The Board of Directors recommended a cash dividend distribution of AED 378 million, equivalent to AED 0.03 per share and representing 33% of the year's net profit.
The group expanded its catering operations in 2025 through the 100% acquisition of Food Nation Catering Services LLC and by increasing its stake to 50% in ADNH Catering Company LLC.
Financial results for 2025 were bolstered by a AED 578 million reversal of previous impairment losses and a land revaluation that brought the total land carrying value to AED 6.69 billion.
