The company has acquired a cumulative total of 85,500,000 shares under its current buyback program, representing 0.3673% of the issued capital at an overall average price of 1.167 AED.
Approximately 1,078,912,031 shares remain available for purchase under the program, which is authorized for up to 5% of shares and runs through April 12, 2028.
