Dr. Ali Saeed Bin Harmal Aldhaheri was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amanat Holdings on February 12, 2026, succeeding Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil.
Outgoing Chairman Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil has stepped down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect to focus on other business interests.
Dr. Ali has served as an Amanat board member since November 2020 and holds multiple leadership roles, including Chairman of Abu Dhabi University and Chairman of Watania International Holding.
The leadership transition follows the December 2025 listing of the company's education business on the Saudi Exchange, which raised SAR 599 million, and an August divestment of real estate assets for AED 453 million.
