Post share buyback announcement

Talabat purchased 450,000 of its own shares on June 23, 2026, at an average price of 1.238 AED per share.
The company has acquired a total of 85,950,000 shares to date, representing 0.3693% of its issued capital, at a cumulative average price of 1.167 AED per share.
Approximately 1,078,462,031 shares remain available for purchase under the buyback program, which is authorized to acquire up to 5% of the company's shares.
The current buyback program commenced on May 18, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude by April 12, 2028.
