Al Mazaya Holding's postponed Ordinary General Assembly Meeting approved a 2.5% bonus share distribution from treasury shares for the 2025 fiscal year, bringing the total distributions for the year to 5%.
The bonus share distribution is scheduled with a last entitlement date of April 21, 2026, a record date of April 23, 2026, and a distribution date of April 30, 2026.
Shareholders approved the appointment of Dr. Shuaib Abdullah Mohammed Shuaib - Al-Bazie & Co. as the company’s auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
The meeting achieved a quorum of 51.598%, and the company confirmed that the distribution from treasury shares will not increase the total number of issued shares or company capital.
