Postponing BOD meeting date

Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has postponed its Board of Directors meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, May 05, 2026.
The meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 07, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the company's headquarters.
The delay is attributed to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.
The agenda for the rescheduled meeting remains identical to the one previously notified.
