BOS Disclosure - Nominations for BOD Elections

Bank of Sharjah has announced 11 nominees for election to its Board of Directors for a three-year term.
The nominations have been reviewed and approved by the Bank's Remuneration, Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Final approval for the candidates is pending from the Central Bank of the UAE.
The election will be held during the Bank's Annual General Assembly Meeting scheduled for April 30, 2026.
