Press release: Parkin Expands Developer Parking Portfolio Through Binghatti Partnership

Parkin signed a multi-year agreement with Binghatti Holding Ltd to operate approximately 1,200 parking spaces across roughly 30 locations in Dubai.
The rollout is scheduled to commence towards the end of the second quarter of 2026, targeting developments in Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jaddaf, and Business Bay.
Parking services will be fully integrated into the Parkin mobile application, allowing customers to manage short-term and long-term bookings and purchase seasonal cards.
The agreement is not expected to have a material impact on Parkin's financial performance.
