Financial statements for the 1st QTR of 2026

Empower reported a net profit attributable to equity holders of AED 207.1 million for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, a 44.9% increase compared to AED 143.0 million in the same period of 2025.
Total revenue for the quarter rose 16.8% year-over-year to AED 630.6 million, while operating profit grew 28.7% to AED 262.7 million, reflecting strong demand for district cooling services.
The Group expanded its operational footprint by signing 28 new agreements in Q1 2026, adding approximately 35,662 RT in demand capacity and bringing its total contracted capacity to 1.98 million RT.
Major corporate developments included the increase of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority's (DEWA) stake in the company to 80% following a share transfer in February 2026; no interim dividend was proposed for the period.
