Salik reported record financial results for FY 2025, with total revenue increasing 35.1% year-on-year to AED 3.10 billion and net profit growing 33.4% to AED 1.55 billion.
The Board proposed a final H2 2025 dividend of AED 890.3 million (11.87 fils per share) and a special dividend of AED 107.8 million, bringing the total cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to AED 1.66 billion.
Operational growth was driven by 639.1 million chargeable trips, the first full year of operation for two new toll gates, and the successful implementation of variable pricing in January 2025.
For FY 2026, the company expects revenue growth between 4% and 6% and an EBITDA margin in the range of 68% to 69%.
