Postponing General Assembly

Etihad Energy Holding PJSC has postponed its General Assembly Meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held on 25 June 2026.
The decision was resolved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on 18 June 2026.
The postponement is being coordinated with the Capital Market Authority and the shareholders who originally requested the meeting.
A new date for the General Assembly Meeting will be announced in due course following regulatory requirements.
