Shareholders approved a 4% cash dividend (AED 0.04 per share, totaling AED 9.2 million) and a bonus share distribution valued at AED 20 million for the 2025 fiscal year.
The bonus share issuance will increase the company's total share capital from 230 million to 250 million shares.
Key dividend dates were confirmed with a last entitlement date of March 26, 2026, and an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2026.
The assembly approved the 2025 financial statements, the appointment of Grant Thornton as auditors for 2026, and a special resolution to amend Article (6) of the Articles of Association.
