Presight AI Holding PLC invited shareholders to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM UAE time, to be held in person at the Rosewood Abu Dhabi and virtually.
Key agenda items include a Board of Directors proposal to not distribute dividends for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and the election of seven members to the Board.
Nominations for the seven Board seats are open from March 30, 2026, until April 10, 2026, with the final list of candidates to be published on April 15, 2026.
