Disclosure of the list of candidates for membership on the Board of Directors of United Fidelity Insurance Company

United Fidelity Insurance Company announced seven candidates for Board of Directors membership for the 2026-2029 term.
The candidates include five non-independent non-executive members and two independent non-executive members.
The election of these candidates is subject to final approval from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates.
