ALDAR AND DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPALITIES AND TRANSPORT TO DELIVER 9,000 VALUE HOUSING RENTAL UNITS IN ABU DHABI

Aldar has partnered with Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) to develop and manage 9,000 value housing rental units in Mohamed Bin Zayed City and Baniyas.
The projects have a gross development value (GDV) of AED 2.8 billion, increasing Aldar’s total develop-to-hold pipeline to AED 20.1 billion.
DMT will grant Aldar long-term leasing rights for the project land, with construction scheduled for completion in 2029.
